Right now, we’re looking for Freezer Reach Truck Operators to help us store, pick and dispatch ingredients and finished goods from our freezer.

What you’ll do

• Unload/load products from delivery trucks and move them to designated storage areas

• Operate a reach truck (and counterbalance as needed) to pick, put-away and replenish

• Maintain accurate inventory (batch/lot/expiry, FEFO)

• Ensure proper labelling, packaging and storage to SOPs and cold-chain standards

• Collaborate with team members across Warehouse, Production and Dispatch to meet timelines and fulfil orders accurately

• Complete pre-start checks, follow safety protocols/SWMS, record temperature logs, and maintain a clean, organised workspace

About you

• Current High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) - essential

• Proven reach truck experience: food manufacturing background highly regarded

• Safety-first, detail-focused and comfortable working in cold conditions (PPE provided)

• Confident with RF scanning and basic computer use; clear communicator and reliable team player
