We’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic Production Workers for ongoing casual roles.  With over 200 workers structured into 22 specialised teams, and an operational roster over 24 hours, our recruitment needs are constant!

The Role

The Cooling/Esky Team Member is responsible for the handling and storage of baked goods, including restacking pallets, monitoring product temperatures, and providing support to the Tipping Team as required. The role also involves assisting in other areas of the operation as needed. This position demands strict adherence to Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, while ensuring all products consistently meet the high-quality standards that Vili’s is known for.

Hours of Work

Your roster will be Monday to Friday commencing at 5am. You will work an 8-hour shift or until the required work has been completed. 

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and available for full-time hours 

• Physically fit for manual handling and working on your feet

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment

• Strong attention to detail, especially with food quality and safety

• Positive team spirit and willingness to learn

• Previous experience in bakery or food manufacturing is highly regarded, but not essential (we’ll provide training)
