The Role

We're looking for a motivated and reliable team member for our Afternoon Packing Supervisor role. This is a hands-on leadership role in our production operation — you'll be coordinating the afternoon packing team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, on time, and to the standards Vili's is known for.

Hours of Work

Your roster will be Monday to Friday and every third Sunday commencing at 3:30pm.

What You'll be Doing

• Lead and coordinate the packing team to maintain safe, efficient shift operations
• Monitor KPIs, packing accuracy, and productivity — resolving issues and driving corrective actions
• Use of skills matrix to allocate labour and responding to staffing changes and production priorities
• Completing pre- and post-operational checks, line clearances, and verifying stock, dates, and ingredients before the shift starts
• Driving safety and compliance, including Maintenance and QA reporting via Safety Culture and FIIX
• Supporting training, onboarding, and ongoing team development
• Completing accurate shift handovers to keep continuity across teams
• Upholding Vili's values, standards, and expectations at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team of 30+ employees
• Previous experience in a similar leadership position within the food or production industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organised under pressure
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable making operational decisions independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the operation
